AMAZONAS FLORESTAL COM USD0.001 (OTCMKTS:AZFL) is a stock that has been on the rise this summer. AZFL is a foresting company that operates and Brazil, but also has a hemp operation in Colorado that has garnered much attention as the marijuana sector grows.
AZFL has lost a little in price this week after coming off the highs of its last press release. The company announced that its first hemp crop was ready. Ricardo Cortez, Company Chairman for Amazonas Florestal, Ltd., stated, “Company management is pleased to announce that the first plantation has reached 100 percent of its growth potential and has been cleared for harvest tomorrow, Friday, September 22, 2017.” This news led to some heavy volume and has since balanced out this week. Even with the slight losses this week, the company is growing at a nice pace and has some interesting plans for the future.

On September 5, 2017, AZFL noted new information, which we believe was an even more significant announcement; a new 10.5 Acre Property in Weld County, Colorado, had been secured by AZFL. According to the press release, the new location will be used to store the full amount of CBD Flower that Amazon Hemp expects to yield from the 2 x 100 acre fields. The equipment that has been acquired for production of CBD Oil will be placed in this new property.
At this time, carrying a capital value in the market of $1.11M, AZFL has an ambitious plan ahead but no cash on its books that we can see. Furthermore, the debt is rising. These are all areas of concern for a strong business model. The company is pre-revenue and will probably show increased volatility as it works toward completing its harvest and production. You can bet we will update this one again as new information comes into view.
