It was apparently time for a breather for Aurora Cannabis Inc (OTCMKTS:ACBFF) shares on Wednesday. Hardly a reason to panic for investors in our long-side call from mid-August under $5/share. No stock is a one-way express forever, and an ebb and flow is to be expected. But, if you had doubts, performance remains extremely strong, as evidenced by the stock’s quarterly data out on Monday.

Traders will note 42% tacked on to share pricing for the stock in the past month, a rally that has pushed up against longer standing distributive pressure in the stock. Moreover, the name has benefitted from a jump in recent trading volume to the tune of nearly 290% over the long run average.
